Received am the wrong or damaged item?

At Queen of Blanks we are sorry to hear about any issues you have pertaining your order. At the moment we do not issues refunds or exchanges. If you have a damaged items and it was the company’s fault we will fix the issue by issuing a store credit. You have 7 days from confirmation of receipt to receive store credit. 

 Before we ship off your items we ensure the quality of each item. With that being said there are many factors that might result in products being damaged in transit.

For us to get this sorted out for you please leave us an email with your contact number, order number, and also a photo of the item(s) damaged
